The Friendship Park project explores the idea of creating a space that fosters cultural exchange and friendship through architecture and design. The project includes pavilions for artists, a gardening school, and unique benches that symbolize the connection between different cultures.

Marketplace Pavilion

The brief asked for pavilions for artists to show and sell their products and hold workshops. We designed multiple series of pavilions that, though part of a larger space, can function independently. These pavilions are surrounded by circular walls that spin, allowing for dynamic interactions between the modules.

Gardening School

The gardening school was designed as a space to shop for plants and learn about them. Our project starts with building an artificial hill, carving out spaces for shopping and storage underneath. This design integrates seamlessly with the landscape, creating a harmonious balance between built and natural environments.

Benches

The benches in Friendship Park are not just functional objects but also pieces of art. Each bench tells a story, symbolizing the juxtaposition of diversities and the connection between cultures. The park becomes a gallery, showcasing the friendship and sympathy between Armenia and other countries.
